The team deliver consultancy work for re’new members and commercially. Recent projects have included:
- Analysis of the affordability of social housing rents;
- Formulating strategies for back-to-back housing in Leeds and across West Yorkshire;
- Work on culturally specific extra care housing for Irish elders.
- Persimmon Homes commissioned re’new to undertake a Local Housing Market and Needs Assessment for the East Leeds Extension: A58-A64 North Quadrant.
